Traditional employment support focuses on CVs and applications. We focus on you. Through our holistic approach, we help people across Rotherham rebuild confidence, develop digital and AI skills, and move into meaningful, sustainable work.

If you've been out of work for a while, struggling with confidence, health, anxiety, or feeling left behind by technology, you are not alone – and you are not broken.

Holistik Hub's Pathways to Work programme supports the whole person. We combine wellbeing support, confidence coaching, digital and AI skills, and real employment coaching to help you move forward at your pace.

Who We Support

  • Adults aged 16–64 living in Rotherham

  • People who are unemployed or economically inactive

  • Those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start

  • People returning to work after illness, caring responsibilities, difficult life experiences, or long gaps

About Us

Our Story

Holistik Hub was created from a simple but powerful realisation: people can't thrive in work if they're not well in themselves.

After years of supporting cancer patients, domestic abuse survivors, and people facing life's toughest challenges, our founder Nikki saw the same pattern again and again. The biggest barrier to returning to work wasn't lack of ability – it was loss of confidence, unresolved challenges, anxiety, and the belief of "I'm not good enough anymore."

Traditional employment support often starts with CVs and applications. We start

with the person.

Through the Pathways to Work programme, funded by Rotherham Council, we help people rebuild from the inside out – supporting wellbeing, restoring confidence, teaching modern digital and AI skills, and turning all of that into real employment outcomes.

We work as one integrated team, offering consistent, human support from the first conversation to sustained employment.

Nikki

Employment Coach & Programme Lead

Nikki is a qualified holistic therapist with over four years' experience supporting vulnerable adults through cancer charities and community services. Her approach is person-centred, compassionate, and practical – helping people manage anxiety, rebuild emotional resilience, and feel safe enough to move forward again.

Ensures participants are well enough, emotionally and mentally, to engage with change.

Nigel

Employment Coach

Nigel brings real-world employment expertise, including experience working with the DWP. He turns confidence, wellbeing, and new skills into action – professional CVs, strong applications, interview preparation, and real job offers.

Focuses on results, while ensuring roles are realistic, sustainable, and right for each person.

Richard Howell

AI & Digital Skills Trainer

Richard makes modern technology simple, accessible, and empowering. He teaches participants how to use AI tools like ChatGPT to write CVs, prepare for interviews, search for jobs, and even explore side businesses – giving them a real advantage in today's job market.

Reframe life experiences as professional strengths. Build resilience tools for setbacks and develop your employment and entrepreneur narrative.

AI & Digital Skills

Learn to use AI tools for job searching, CV writing, research and side hustle planning. Creating your own app.

Session 6

Employment Ready

Learn employee rights, teamwork, building a CV, preparing for interviews and effective job search.

Session 7

Apply, Launch & Celebrate

Review learning, complete your CV, create an app activity and explore self-employment, and create your 90-Day Action Plan.
