We retain personal and health records for a period of seven years following your last contact with us. This is in line with standard practice for health and wellbeing providers and enables us to provide continuity of care should you return to us in the future.
After seven years your records will be securely deleted or destroyed.
If you withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your records before this period, we will do so unless we are legally required to retain them.
We treat everything you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal information with any third party without your explicit consent, with the following limited exceptions:
Where we are legally required to do so — for example in response to a court order

We never share your data with advertisers, marketing companies or any commercial third parties.
Where you ask us to liaise with your GP, oncologist, consultant or other health professional, we will only do so with your explicit written or verbal consent.
